We make every effort to ship orders received before 1 pm central time the same day.
We will notify you of any shipping delays.
Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Defective items returned within the 10 day period will not incur the restocking fee. All returns must be approved by JBL GRAPHICS prior to shipment. JBL will assign an RMA number for each return.
